VgnezdiSe
VgnezdiSe is a real estate marketplace for North Macedonia, bringing property search, map discovery, direct messaging, and listing tools for buyers, sellers, agents, and agencies into one app.
The story behind the work
Overview
VgnezdiSe helps people in North Macedonia and abroad explore homes for sale or rent in North Macedonia. Buyers can search and filter properties, browse a map, save favorites, and contact sellers or agents. Sellers can publish their own listings, while agencies manage agents and a shared portfolio. The app is available in English and Macedonian.
The challenge
People searching for property need clear listing details and a direct way to reach sellers or agents. Individual sellers and agencies need different tools to publish properties, respond to inquiries, and manage their presence in one marketplace.
Constraints
The product serves four distinct roles—buyers, sellers, agents, and agencies—with different listing and management permissions. Paid seller listings and recurring agency plans must control how long listings stay live and how many agents and properties an agency can manage.
My contribution
I built the Flutter app and its buyer, seller, agent, and agency experiences. I implemented property search, map browsing, direct chat, listing creation, favorites, agency team management, and in-app purchases through RevenueCat, backed by Supabase and Edge Functions.
The solution
Buyers can search and filter homes by location, price, and type, inspect photos and property details, browse listings on a map, save favorites, and message sellers or agents. Sellers can create listings and review their performance. Agencies can maintain a profile, invite agents, and manage a shared portfolio. One-time listing purchases and recurring agency plans are handled through RevenueCat.
Features delivered
Four role-based experiences for buyers, sellers, agents, and agencies; property search and filters; interactive map; listing photos and specifications; favorites; direct chat; seller listing creation and performance view; agency profiles, agent invitations, and shared portfolios; one-time listing purchases and recurring agency plans; English and Macedonian support.
How it works
The mobile application is built with Flutter. Supabase provides the database and Edge Functions, while RevenueCat manages in-app purchases for seller listings and agency plans.
The outcome
The iOS app is live on the App Store and the website is online. The Android release is still in development.
