1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of websites, software, WordPress plugins, and related materials (collectively, the "Products") made available by Tahir Alvi ("we," "us," or "our"), including distribution or sale through Freemius, this site (tahiralvi.com), or other channels we authorize. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using any Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.
2. License
Unless a separate license agreement applies to a specific Product (for example, a GPL-licensed WordPress plugin), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product according to the plan or license you purchase (e.g. number of sites, updates period, and support scope). You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share license keys except as expressly permitted.
3. Accounts & third parties
Purchases and subscriptions may be processed by Freemius or other payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to payment and account data they handle. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Updates & support
Updates and support are provided only for the term and scope stated at the time of purchase. We may change, discontinue, or replace features when reasonably necessary, for example to maintain security or compatibility with WordPress and hosting environments.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Products: no unlawful activity, no attempt to circumvent licensing or billing, and no use that harms our systems, users, or third parties. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.
6. Disclaimer
The Products are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every third-party theme, plugin, or host.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Products is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected Product in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility follows the policy stated at checkout (for example, Freemius refund rules) and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
